Malice is one of the Dark Faerie Sisters, and seems to be the type prone to random acts of violence.
In the video game, she and her two sisters tell the Darkest Faerie about the 1,000 years of Neopia that she missed as a statue. The Darkest Faerie appointed her one of the rulers of Meridell, but Tor and Roberta defeated her.
If for no other reason than just because it felt good. . . .
