Hagalugg has been leading the Missing Valley tribe across the barren wastelands of Tyrannia for years, searching for their Missing Valley after they lost it during a hunting trip. As of late they have not yet found it.
Hagalugg is incorrectly (at least, we assume so) listed as a Chia on the Neopets Collectable Card Spoiler list.
