The Disgruntled Townspeople were the advanced level challenger for wave three of the Tale of Woe. This challenger is composed of three Neopets: an Elephante, a Kacheek and a Wocky - the Kacheek and the Wocky both appeared hunting in the woods during Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway, where the Wocky was named Long Wocky. After Neovia was cured, they returned to their normal forms, which look like this:
