Elleniel was the founder of the Swirling Seas area of the Park. Originally, she had no magical powers, but when she encountered a Water Faerie who had been trapped by a Fire Faerie, all that changed. Elleniel used buckets of water to put out the fire trapping the Water Faerie, and dug a trench to help her reach the sea. In exchange, the Water Faerie granted Elleniel water magic, which she used to create the Swirling Seas.
Elleniel is a ancestor of Ithoniel, the current Queen of the Swirling Seas. She has yet to actually appear in the Park.
