Gertrude was a ghost Grarrl who died and was buried in the graveyards of the Haunted Woods - it is unknown how a ghost managed to die and be buried.
At the conclusion of the grave digging step, it was implied that the spirits of those in the disturbed graves began to roam the area - Gertrude may now live on as a ghost once more.
