The Mutant Fan is the alias used by an applicant to the 2014 Adopt a Neopian programme, hoping to get toys for young mutants to lift their spirits around the holidays.
I'm here to talk to you today about an important cause. Mutants are Neopets too. That's why I'm collecting donations for young mutants to make them feel special and loved. There are a few things I still need: some kind of matching puzzle that focuses on mutants, a slide puzzle about a mutant petpet, maybe some of that kind of tigersquash that mutants like, and two toys. Let's make one toy good for a Mutant Jetsam and the other a squeezy one that has lots of spikes and slime. It'll be great for their self-esteem!
