These Darigan Citadel soldiers, otherwise known as the Draconian Horde, attacked Meridell during the original invasion. They were a Scorchio and an unreleased version of the Darigan Kiko. Two previous challengers, known as the Draconian Skeith and Draconian Moehog, reappeared as part of the Horde.
