The Inflatable Balthazar strives to be as looked up to as Punchbag Bob someday. With his whopping difficulty of 1, the Inflatable version of the terrible faerie-catcher is fought in the Battledome merely for weapon testing and healing.
He is currently not available in the Battledome.
