The isolated nation of Dacardia planned to attend Altador Cup XVII in 2022, but were unable to do so due to injuries following the storm that hit the island. They continued to work to rebuild the island in 2023 instead of attending the Cup, but managed to attend in 2024.
When the Cup was postponed in 2025, the team constructed a giant Yooyu housing a Yooyuball field, hoping to tour it round Neopia playing exhibition matches for those impacted by the grey curse.
