This Poogle is one of the many that takes part in the Poogle Races in Faerieland. He is number 5, and is climbing through the ranks to be the fastest Poogle at the races.
This Poogle Racer is not the same as Poogle Five, who takes part in the races, so it is possible that the Poogle Racer competes in a different league.
