This Quiggle worked for Meridell during the Kass war. It was his job to float on his dirigible high above the battle, observing incoming troops. There was one problem, arrows could burst his balloon, and he had no parachute!
I'd feel a lot safer if somebody would hurry up and invent the parachute!
