Lucy was a nurse who worked at the Meepit Oaks Sanitorium. When the citizens of Neovia were cursed, she was left alone with Dr. Valus and the janitor Miles to care for all the inmates. Eventually a 'Dr. Alexander' arrived, who gave Lucy a magical flower. Eventually, the inmates escaped and killed both Dr. Valus and Miles, however they locked Lucy in a cell. She died there, but her magical flower remained to help participants in the Tale of Woe plot. As a skeleton, she looks like this:
