• 12th - The colour Polka Dot is announced with the release of the Paint Brush
• 14th - The colour Valentine is announced for Petpets with the release of the Valentine Petpet Paint Brush
• 25th - Faerie Quests once again become a daily activity for the month of February
• 25th - The Soup Faerie and Baelia, the Grey Faerie, now award user quests

• 10th - Neopets releases its second official mobile game, Ghoul Catchers, which is also available on Facebook
• 11th - The daily Faerie Quests end and quests return to being offered randomly
• 25th - The fifth annual Festival of Neggs site event begins, along with an additional Neopoint component

• 4th - The Festival of Neggs ends

• 12th - The Altador Cup IX Prize Shop closes
• 12th - The Altador Cup IX Staff Tournament Prize Shop closes
