The ninth and final opponent in the card game Cheat is the Jetsam Shark. Spectre has appointed himself as the master of Cheat but it's a title that no one disagrees with. Cold and calculating, he always seems to know when a player cheats and seems to enjoy playing just to see his opponents lose. He is a millionaire. There was also a "mysteriously scarred" Jetsam called R. S. who appeared in the Brucey B and the Lucky Coin plot as a villain who assisted Dr.Sloth in a takeover of the Lost Desert. Could this mysterious Jetsam have been Spectre?
