Dr. Death, sometimes called Dr_Death, wasn't always a mean Techo. He used to be very happy with his job, and loved to find new homes for the abandoned pets. But after seeing hundreds of Neopets left at his pound, Dr_Death has become jaded and is always very grumpy when he hears you have a new pet to abandon. Do him a favor--don't abandon yours.
