Tarla is the owner of the Shop of Mystery, high up in Terror Mountain, where you can buy a mystery item. Tarla also runs the giveaways from the Toolbar alerts. When she first moved to Terror Mountain, she scaled the peaks, not knowing that there were far easier mountain stairs she could have taken.
