Some time after Geraptiku was founded, the people of the city chose a King. He ruled the city well, aided by a council and an advisor, but they all disappeared when the city was deserted.
It is thought the King is a Moehog due to the picture of a regal looking Moehog being present next to the story in the magazine. He appeared in issue #5.
