Anskye was painted invisible, and began playing pranks on those around him. After making his friend Nista drop her groceries, and stealing Mrs. Willington's Kadoatie, Anskye was eventually caught sneaking into a shop to steal some Neggs. The Eyrie shopkeeper caught him, and explained that his pranks were becoming more malicious. He then let Anskye walk home alone, as his friends had stopped hanging around with him.
