Vandebart, known as Bart to his friends, set up an apple bobbing stall in the Haunted Woods which quickly grew to become the Haunted Faire. Bart seems very friendly, but is overprotective about his hat - hinting that perhaps he has a darker past. It appears that he is somehow familiar with Eliv Thade, who planned out the Haunted Faire to help him create voodoo dolls.
