Silus the Swindler was the boss of the Portal City Docks, running a significant smuggling operation from his ship, the Pride of Maraqua. He was eventually killed on the orders of Taranell, who took his place.
Silus was apparently well known for wearing an eyepatch, despite having two good eyes. As he only appears in Katya's tale, it is unclear if he ever really existed.
