Gulgo was the Master of the Palace Dungeons in Portal City. He had a long-standing hatred of Kelran, the head of the guards, and played pranks on him. Their underlings eventually tricked them into a truce, but were later bewitched with Forgetful Fungus to return to their previous hatred.
As Gulgo only appears in Katya's tale, it is unclear if he ever really existed.
