This Snorkle lives in the city of Miamecca. He owns a small boat, but it was impounded when he left it after finding some treasure. Fluffy later recovered it from the Harbourmaster.
I can't believe it... It's gone! Sure it's small compared to the other big ships, but how does one lose a rowboat?!
You see, I hopped aboard my dinghy while I was out at sea, and I fished up a mysterious locked treasure chest.
So I got back, and went to visit Smythe for a key... and I come back to the docks, and my rowboat's gone.
