Zapka runs the weapon shop in Lakeside, Meridell. He has a fierce rivalry with his brother Pipka, who runs the armour shop.
Don't listen to anything my brother Pipka over there says. He sells armour, not weapons!
As most of Neoquest II takes place within a computer simulation, it is unclear if Zapka is a character in the real Neopia.
