This skeletal Kiko was a pirate who used his submarine to extort protection money from Maraqua. When they refused to pay, he cursed the city and it was swallowed up by a whirlpool. He was so feared that people refused to say his name, and eventually forgot about him, allowing Captain Scarblade to claim he destroyed Maraqua instead.
