This Babaa is the dean of the Petpet Park University. He keeps tabs on those who do best in the park's games, and allows people to sign up for classes. As well as teaching classes, he helps run the University's library.
During beta, Professor Wallington replaced the Neopet character, Professor Cecil Rigby.
