Old Fogbottom was the Meepit founder of the spooky areas known collectively as Fogbottom's Bog in the Petpet Park. He's long since dead, and was buried in the Founder's Cemetery. His ghost haunts the Mausoleum, and can often be found there handing out advice.

The inscription on Old Fogbottom's headstone reads, "Heres lies old Fogbottom, beloved founder of this bog. Looks like you finally found the bottom of that foggy old fog."
