Captain Saltbeard was one of the most fearsome Petpet Park pirates ever known, and was a scruffy thief, rouge, and liar. His ship, the Scorpat's Fortune, was well known for its golden masts. He stole a lot of treasure, but he prized one item more than any other, and hid it in secret somewhere in the park. Although no one ever discovered the location, Saltbeard's son made a copy of the map leading to it.
The treasure was later recovered by Admiral Gully, who discovered it was a plushie Faellie named Captain Mittens. Noralina later rediscovered the wreck of his ship.
Saltbeard has yet to actually appear in the park.
