Norell got a new Arkmite named Snappy, who was over-protective and tried to bite Norell's friends. Eventually, no one came to Norell's house and he considered getting rid of Snappy. Then Rissi came over with her Delphin, and the two Petpets began to play happily with each other. With Snappy occupied, Norell's friends were able to come over and visit.
From the picture with the story, it appears that Norell is a Maraquan Ixi. He appeared in issue #24.
