This Taigar is the founder of Autropolis, and welcomes visitors to the city. She has been inventing since she could walk. Although she comes from a long line of wizards, she has no magical ability herself. Her brother, Zorkorian, is a great wizard who planned to use dark magic to help Aurelia create the city - but after the two fell out he was never seen again.
