The Virtupets team has been known for some weird choices of players, especially when it decided to add robotic pets to its lineup. Currently they're lead by the rising star, Keetra Deile. In the run up to the sixth Altador Cup, they were trained by the Ogrin Master. Before the eleventh Cup, they attended 1st Annual Conference on Robotics and Automation at Brightvale University, in the Month of Sleeping. In 2018, Virtupets fans began distrubuting free merchandise outside the stadium to those willing to support the team.
Team Virtupets participated in the Altador Cup from 2006 to 2024.
