The Petpet Protection League, or PPL, is an international organisation dedicated to the welfare of Petpet kind. They have many different agents, both public and undercover. Amongst other things they are responsible for the construction of Petpet Park, and the weekly PPL award. Although the head of the organisation appears to be Weltrude, Fauna is a figurehead seen on much of the PPL's documentation.
There appears to be a subdivision of the organisation known as the Junior PPL - it is unknown how this differs from the normal PPL.
